My family has called me Koo since I was a boy.
Twenty years of running businesses
I spent more than twenty years as a CEO, COO and Managing Director, leading businesses across four continents, from global corporations to founder-led operations. I turned around loss-making businesses, built teams from scratch, and led people through restructures, sales and mergers.
The part that stayed with me wasn't the numbers. It was the people. Again and again I watched capable, hard-working people get stuck, not for lack of effort, but because they were pushing hard down a path that no longer fitted who they were.
How I coach
Direct, practical and focused on your future. I won't tell you what to do with your life. I'll help you get clear on what matters to you, then hold you to the plan you make. Expect honest questions, a clear structure, and the occasional dry joke.
