Things people usually ask.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching helps you move through the challenges that stand between you and the future you want. It isn't therapy or treatment for mental health conditions. If something comes up that's better supported by a counsellor or health professional, I'll tell you, and help you find the right person.
Online or in person?
Most sessions run by video on Google Meet, which works anywhere in Australia. There is nothing to install. If you're in Melbourne, in-person sessions can be arranged.
How long does it take?
The Next Move program is eight sessions, usually over eight to twelve weeks. Some people continue with monthly coaching afterwards; many don't need to.
What does it cost?
The Clarity Check costs nothing. If the program is a good fit, we'll talk through the investment in that first conversation. Flexible payment options are available, so cost shouldn't be the thing that stops you starting.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us. The only exceptions are the ones the law requires, such as a serious risk to someone's safety, and those are set out in the client agreement.
What if it's not a fit?
Then I'll tell you in the Clarity Check, and where I can, point you to someone better suited. There's no pressure to sign up.
Do you coach under-18s?
Not at this stage.
